1.2.0 M1 milestone supports:

- EclipseLink 2.5.0
- JPA 2.1 compatibility
- JNDI integration

It can be obtained from the downloads page:

Hi All,

What is the current plan for releasing 1.2.0? Will it be compatible to
EclipseLink 2.6.0?

Yes, we will wait until EclipseLink 2.6.0 is released before releasing Gemini JPA 1.2.0, and make sure they are compatible.

I wonder what the state of this project is. I'm using it quite a long time, just because I thought it would be the standard way to use JPA in OSGI. But setting it up was not easy, because it needs some kind of special loading order. Otherwise it will not work. I even have got the case where it sometimes works and sometimes not. Strange. What is the alternative to Gemini JPA:
* Apache Aries
* or the osgi.jpa.managed project from Peter Kriens (can't add the link because I have not got enough messages in this forum)
