This looks like its for Actuate BIRT. Do you know if it works with the open source version?

I'm sorry, my mistake. Here's a devshare you could take a look at, it doesn't work out of the box anymore because it looks like it uses the old Google maps API's. Looking at the Google Maps doc it looks like it needs to be modified to work with the new API. I'm working on trying to get an example working with it now.
