Hello,

We have an eclipse rcp application that is comprised of 9 different plugins. Each plugin was wrapped in a feature to allow us to easily create different deployments. We have a top level JNLP plus a JNLP for each of our features and the JNLP for the org.eclipse.rcp JAR.

This all worked well with Java 7 update 17. When we upgraded to Java 7 update 21,our users began seeing 14 additional "do you want to install this software" dialogs. The 14 dialogs are broken out as:

9 dialogs for our JNLPs
5 dialogs for com.ibm.icu

This is unacceptable to our user community. I've posted this problem on OTN discussions and stack overflow with no luck, and was hoping someone else running an Eclipse RCP app via webstart has seen this problem.
