Relative Paths for a Managed C/C++ project [message #156441] Mon, 12 June 2006 10:03 Go to next message

Is there a way to specify relative paths for managed C/C++ projects?
I want to import source code from Windows to Linux and want to set up the
project so other developers also work on it. I noticed that the .location
file contains an absolute path of where the source code is located.
Is there a workaround this?

You'll have better success with getting your CDT questions answered over
on eclipse.tools.cdt. Just a suggestion; I don't think many CDT guys
read eclipse.newcomer.

"You'll have better success..." -- well, that will teach me to state
absolutes! Sorry about that. I noticed after responding that you *did*
post there... and still haven't had a response. Sigh. Sorry I can't help
directly myself as I'm not using CDT yet (as much as I should)... I
still think you'll get a response quicker over in e.t.cdt land... maybe
after Callisto pressures ease up a little.
