Hi
We are developing an enterprise application client in Eclipse RCP
framework. As part of it, we need to incorporate charts and graphs that
are clickable.
I am wondering if we can use BIRT charting framework for displaying charts
within an SWT composite. If so, what plugins out of BIRT are required? I'd
appreciate if anyone can point me to the right docs. Thanks.
Regards.

Pete,
Yes, you can use the chart builder, you will need a few more plugins in that
case
org.eclipse.birt.chart.ui
org.eclipse.birt.chart.ui.extension
org.eclipse.birt.core.ui
Please take a look at the org.eclipse.birt.chart.examples plugin for some
examples of Chart API use and Chart Builder use outside of BIRT reports.
This plugin has a lot of examples, and should cover most use cases, so it's
a good place to get started.
Thanks,
David
