instead of using WTP.
The ear structure is:

...> Manifest.mf
...> application.xml
...> ProyectoWEB.war
......> Manifest.mf

Barrett from 2005-12-29 where somewhere deep in the thread the same problem is
mentioned:

I don't know wether they found a solution, so ask him either per mail or file a
new bug.
