Anyway, the answer is that your editpartFactory needs to look at the model
attributes when choosing which editpart to create, *OR*, use the same
editpart, and the editpart needs to look at the model attributes when
choosing which figure to create.

Of course, in your example you can just use setLineStyle(DASH) and use the
same figure
