Hi,
Has there been any change in Save All in eclipse 4.2.2 which will cause the button to be enabled after one click?

We are facing problem after migrating from eclipse 3.6 to 4.2.2 .
Now if we change something in our editor, and click Save All, editor is saved and * is gone but Save all button remains enabled. We have to click Save All again and then it is disabled.

Any hint on why this problem can happen?
