Yes, you can substitute a full Visual Editor Project build instead
of the corresponding JEM build to use the Eclipse Visual Editor.

I don't see any reason that you can't use Jigloo along-side WTP
(provided that you're using a version of Eclipse that's compatible
with both), but CloudGarden would seem to be the best source for
answers on that topic.
