I originally posted this in the eclipse.platform.swt by mistake. I don't
know if this is the right NG--apologies if it is not.

I'm using Eclipse 2.1.1 on Windows XP and am experiencing problems with the
internal Help server. I get a blank help page. I've tried many different
things without success. Here's what I know so far:

Reinstalling Eclipse does not help
No Exceptions are thrown in the Tomcat logs or in workspace/.metadata/.log
Switching to the external browser produces exactly the same blank page.
It does not appear to be browser related since switching to Netscape 7 also
produces the same blank page.
Switching ports or entering a hostname in the help preferences also produces
the same blank page.

The internal help server appears to be working to some degree since pointing
my browser to:

http://localhost:9000/index.html

produces a page with "Internal Application Server" containing a meta refresh
tag that redirects to:

http://localhost:9000/help/index.jsp

which is basically blank.

Any ideas?

John
