Sorry to reply to myself, but I found this (on the Java Build Path tab
of Project Properties, choose "Add Library...", then choose type "Web
App Libraries").
But I am having a lot of problems with my projects created under 0.7 now
refusing to publish, not finding the web.xml, etc. It seems that there
are some settings for WTP projects that are not stored in files that are
in the project directory. I created a new project from scratch, so I
could compare contents of files like .project, .settings/*, etc., but
(for instance) there is nowhere I can find that the "Web App Libraries"
item is configured in these files. Nor can I find where the location of
web.xml is to be specified. Not only is this creating havoc for me, but
it's making me worry that I won't be able to share WTP projects with a VCS.
Like a previous poster (Eric138), I'm wondering what the process is (if
there is one) for getting a clean configuration for a Dynamic Web
Project in WTP 1.0. I've looked for docs but couldn't find any.
