We're using the Common Navigator Framework and have some concerns about its future. Currently it uses actions heavily, has lots of IDE/Resource code that is internal or non-extendable, and has yet to be migrated to 4.0 API. Because we didn't want to copy and paste the code dealing with Resources into duplicate classes with a couple extra bits of our business logic, we are referencing internal artifacts that we hope will be made API someday, i.e. bad but necessary IMHO.

Have any plans been made as to the future of CNF?
