New to CDT: issues with indexer(?) [message #1038477]

I downloaded the bitcoin repo from github, and am trying to get things to work properly in eclipse. I'm able to build it from the command line, but the issue I'm getting is a series of apparent errors (not recognizing user definied classes etc) that aren't really errors, but they show up red underlined in eclipse.

Like I said, not very experienced with CDT. How should I go about fixing this?
