Cannot find project state filter in Eclipse 3.0 M4 [message #151931]

Hi,
I wasn't sure that this is a bug.. I am looking for the filtering option
in the navigator pane that would allow me to show only open projects.
However, the current filter menu only allows filtering on extension.

Was filtering on project state taken out?
