I think you'll need to install Subclipse or Subversive in Juno in order
to continue to consume Subversion from Juno.
I haven't tried to install Subversion in Juno as I've since moved on to
Git, but if you have trouble, you could always try Helios or Indigo
instead. However, I really doubt you'll have too much trouble installing
Subclipse in Juno. That would be my recommendation.
You might also ask the folks in the Eclipse Subversion forum.
