EMF Diff/Merge has just received the "Most Innovative New Feature or Eclipse Project" award at EclipseCon 2013.

This is a strong message from the community which goes straight to out hearts. It proves that the project is perceived as relevant and useful by a large number of people. It is an outstanding encouragement to move forward.
Although EMF Diff/Merge is already used in critical industrial projects, especially at Thales, it will be subject to substantial enhancements this year. We have been working on requirements and specification with end-users for a few months, making very few commits or project plan updates in the meantime; however, the next "real-action" phase is getting closer.
Looking forward to seeing the award "for real" when Matthieu brings it back from Boston. Thanks to the community for this invaluable recognition of our work.
