hi everybody
i dont know if this issue was already on the schedule, i read some
related threads but couldnt find an exact answer.

is there a way or is it planned to get the editor functionality like
outline and some basic code completion (the php standard functions)
working outside php projects

this was possible in phpeclipse

im well aware that the internal project structure cant be displayed
without building it before
but some basic outline and completion feature for single php files could
work, couldnt it?

this would be useful in some of my 'fastfix-projects' ;)
