Please take a look at the org.eclipse.birt.chart.examples plugin, it
contains a lot of examples, not in servlets but in standalone java
applications.

Sorry, there is no such example for now, but it's only a matter of using an
example in a standalone java application, and port it to a servlet's code.
The chart API use is exactly the same, it's only what you do with the output
that changes.
