connectors: based on native JavaHL 1.5.0 libraries and based on SVN Kit
1.2.0.
Native JavaHL 1.5.0 now much more stable than SVN Kit 1.2.0.

All SVN 1.5-specific functionality will be included into the Subversive
plug-in later. The only one SVN 1.5-related function which is already
implemented - is folders comparision.
