I have Eclipse Juno SR2 Java EE with CDT installed.

When I went to update to EGit 2.3.1, after Eclipse restarted, all the CDT functionality was gone. It could not recognize C++ files and no C++ features were visible.

I verified this issue by downloading a fresh Eclipse Java EE version, installing CDT, and then installing the latest EGit/JGit versions. After uninstalling EGit/JGit, the CDT features came back.

Is this a known issue?
