Figure disappear when maxmize [message #148540]

Hi,everyone
I add a figure in PrintableLayer because I want to decorate my EditPart
which is in front of the figure. But when I double click title bar of my
current window or resize the window.The figure disappears. I try to add
this figure to PrimaryLayer but the problem still exists.
when I select the edit part in my control the figure will be shown.
what happened when I do these operations?
Can you give me some suggestions?
