Hello.
I've come accross a strange problem, which requires an even stranger
solution.
One might ask, if you have the solution why are you posting here? Well,
because my "solution" is more of a bad hack, and I'd like to solve this
problem from the roots.
Heres what happens.
You kno how when you type a class name and follow it with a dot, you see a
list with all subclasses and methods? Well, that list takes ages to load
for me... I notice that everytime I Eclipse tries to display that list it
almost hangs (Windows even deems it as "Not Respoding"). I then have to
disable my Internet connection for Eclipse to recover.
I am guessing that somehow Eclipse is trying to fetch that list via the
web or something. I wish I could narrow it down more.
I am not doing any hardcore developing, just using J2EE perspective,
Dynamic Web Project... I have some JSPs and Tomcat running. Oh, I am using
Eclipse 3.2
Any clues on a better fix for this problem?

Gizmo,
See bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=129168 for one
possible reason.
