You don't really want to turn off the entire firewall, just let the pserver protocol pass through (port 2401 I
believe). As to how you go about doing that, it depends entirely upon the make/version of your firewall, and you
are probably best off either consulting the documentation for your firewall product, or contacting your network
support guys for help.
