Why I can't see any files under /lib? [message #148151]

I use the "Web/Dynamic Web Project" to create a new Web-Application.
I add some external jars into the project.
I build the project and there is no error.
But as I run my application onto the server I got ClassNotFoundException.
I find out that there is no any jar-files copied to the WEB-INF/lib.

Then I export the project as a .war-file. But I can't find any jar-files
under WEB-INF/lib, too.

Why?

Please open a bug report with more details about which build you're
using and what you mean by "add some external jars into the project".
