I can move left/right column,but I don't move up/down row. how to move row?

Update on row reordering:

This will be supported with NatTable 1.0.0.
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=403447

With NatTable 1.0.0 you will need to add the RowReorderLayer to your body layer stack to enable row reordering by drag&drop.
