Metamodels are provided for RIF and ReqIF but ProR only supports ReqIF correct? Are there any plans to provided converters between RIF and ReqIF formats? I'm interested in working with tools that only support RIF, such as older versions of DOORS.

Hi Philip,

Unfortunately, there are no plans for a converter right now - we just don't have the resources. It's also not straight forward, unless a sloppy implementation is sufficient. There are some significant differences between the meta models, that complicate converters.

If you plan on creating a converter, we will gladly give you some assistance. If you are interested in commissioning a commercial solution, feel free to contact me directly.
