Remove shelf from pallette [message #1007566] Wed, 06 February 2013 09:06 Go to next message

Hi. Is that possible to remove an entire shelf from palette via xml?
I'm able to remove objects one by one, but how do I remove a shelf.

Actually I tried to remove the content of DataItems Shelf:
DataStore
DataInput
DataObject
DataOutput,

but DataStore remains there, maybe because it is required by some other object.

Anyway i'd like to remove the shelf itself.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Rui,

Currently the only way to remove a palette "drawer" is to disable all of the model elements individually. It sounds like this is the approach you have taken but I'm not sure why DataStore will not go away. You can try disabling the model elements one-by-one from the Project Properties dialog->BPMN2->Tool Enabled and restart the editor until the drawer disappears.

The Tool Enablement project preference looks like this:

Be sure to enable the "Override" checkbox and click the "Copy" button at the bottom.

The toolpalette configuration still needs work, so feel free to submit an enhancement request!

Cheers,
Bob
