Hi,

is there any reason why the EDT 0.8.2. RUIPropertiesLibrary stereotype does not provide the getMessage() function any more?

Wilfred,

I wasn't previously aware of the getMessage() function on RUIPropertiesLibrary parts though I can confirm that I also don't see this in 0.8.2 but can in 0.8.1.

May possibly have been moved in to a system library, though I couldn't find any evidence of this??

Hi,

It looks like we accidentally broke this in 0.8.2. I have opened a bug for this problem: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=400228

I found the solution to this problem, but there isn't an easy way to give you this fix.

Is this function critical to your application? If so, we can look into providing you an EGL code snippet that will perform the same function.

thanks for the offer with the workaround snippet. The missing function ist not critical for me in the moment. I can wait for the official bug fix.
