The requirement is that property sheet should be highlighted when the selection is changed. So even if the property sheet is minimized I am programatically highlighting the property sheet. But this doesn't work if a new element is created which changes the selection(outline in my case).

The scenario works perfectly in 3.7 but not in 4.2
