how to customized Directory structure in project or package explorer view? [message #997435]

Hello everyone.
How to customized Directory structure in project or package explorer view?
For example, I want to add a new directory with some other icon in project explorer view, and hide "JRE System Lib". I dont want to define a new view, and just use the exist view in Eclipse.
