We can install IU by below:

eclipse 
-application org.eclipse.equinox.p2.director
-repositry file://some-local-repo
-installIU myFeatureID

But it returns below result:

Installing MyFeatureID 1.0.0.XXXX.
One or more certificates rejected. Cannot proceed with installation.
Application failed, log file location: ...\configuration\1356499605492.log
Installation failed.

How can I avoid this problem?
