Hi,
I'm fairly new to GEF and would appreciate some advice/help.
My problem:
I want to build a graphical editor (at the moment just visualization).
I was given a model, that I'm not allowed to alter at all.
Now I a problem (amongst others )
I would like to store the visualization information (x,y, width, height)
of the figures in a separate file.
When the editor is loaded, the model is loaded and then the visualization
information should be loaded if available, if not then I'd have to create it.
Then link the view information with the model information.
Is there any project, or tutorial, or best practices on how to persist the draw2
figures? Any (non-commercial) tools or something?
Thanks in advance for any pointers or help.
Cheers,
Tim
