Modeling Information about JDT plug-in needed for making an extension of JDT [message #143425] Thu, 19 February 2004 11:35 Go to next message

Hello,

I'm looking for JDT design information. The API is great, but having UML
charts would greatly help.

It is not easy to grasp our JDT works by just searching the API

Cheers

I think there arn't many out there. Just use a tool to create UML from
the source (worked for me).

Hi Martin

Excuse my ignorance, but what tool do you use for such a task?

Thank you.

Hi Charles,

There is no ignorance in it. :) Well take a look at posaidon and also
the omundo (I think its called that way.) I used posaidon. I didn't
used the generated UML diagramms, because they add every tiny method,
I added it by my own hands (only the methods I am interested in).
