"Open Call Hierarchy" can not work proper in eclipse4.2 or eclipse3.7.2.

The caller in user library(*.jar) can not be found by "Open Call Hierarchy"function.
Is it a bug?

The Call Hierarchy works fine for me. If it's not working for you then
please file a bug with detailed steps against JDT UI.

Search Scope:workspace;
Searche In..:All selected.
Field Accesses: All...

"open call hierarchy" can only find the caller in the source code of current project,but can not find the caller in the user libaray of current project;
