Problem with build actions [message #987168]

I am needing some help with how my IDE is not functioning as it should, i continue to try compiling JAVA script files i am stuck in the ANT configuration but i would like to use Java application builder, so i have not made any progress until i find out how to bring my IDE back to its original state to compile JAVA applications.If there is a quick fix or something else, please reply.Thank You.
