Hmm, I think you would have to modify the serverdef file in wtp..

Is the ear module autoload/auto deploy on Jonas 4-3-5?

If it is you would add some lines ot the jonas.serverdef file to enable it and match the entries up in the jonas.xml buildfile and etc..

plugin.xml will not need changing as the correct versions of ear are listed there..hmm seems they may have left ear off of the serverdef file definition for JONAS..

Do not file it as a bug as they are movign to have the vendors provide their own serverdefs except for Aapch stuff..

There may be some posts on this at ObjectWeb/jonas forums..



No, no one has doen non generic serv defs as of yet but I happen to be working on a SUnOne one at the momnet..

post in this newsgroup I follow it daily..

Do a save as witht he download link and put the jar in plugins..

Tested with Eclipse 3.1.1 and WTP 0.7.1
