Dear ladies and gentlemen,

may I ask you something.

I am working in the IT business and want to improve my knowledge regarding the programming language called JAVA.
I heard that eclipse.org provides downloads regarding test environments for several programming languages.
I had a look at the web side (http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/) and saw several downloads regarding JAVA. Unfortunately I am not sure which one is the best one for me.
I have no experience regarding JAVA and I wanted to buy a specific book and educate myself.
Could anybody please help me and tell me which of the downloads on eclipse.org web side is the best for me to practice the way of programming JAVA ?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards
