I'd like to add -q global option to cvs in Eclipse. I don't see any option to do this in Preferences/Team/CVS. At command line it's enough to add such an option to ~/.cvsrc config file but it seems Eclipse doesn't honour this file. How can I do this?

I use Eclipse Indigo Service Release 2 (Build id: 20120216-1857) on Windows Vista SP2 x64.

I was looking in forums and bugzilla for "cvsrc" string but didn't find anything interesting.
