simple way to just open an eclipse project? [message #984688]

So were trying to package eclipse project files with our product to demonstrate it.

We want them to be able to either just double click a file and have eclipse open or from eclipse double click a project file and have the project open.

But from what I gather the only way to do this is to use "Import Project" from inside eclipse. Am I correct?
