Has anyone else experienced the situation where the entire workbench window
stops reponding to mouse clicks? I think the menubar stops responding too.
Luckily, I always have multiple windows open so I can just close the one
window (using ALT+F4).

I know I have tried switching to different windows within eclipse, and they
were responsive. It was just one Shell that was disabled. For example, if
the mouse was over the Java editor, it would still be the Arrow cursor, and
not the I-beam.
