In the Eclipse WTP IBM Contributions WIKI
( http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/eclipse-webtools/Wiki0064.h tml), the
following statement is made:

"IBM will contribute a WSDL documentation generator which creates HTML
from WSDL in a manner similar to the way Javadoc generates HTML from Java
source code."

Did IBM ever contribute a WSDL documentation generator? If so, is the code
available somewhere? Are there plans to include this capability in WTP?

Nope we haven't contributed this code. This function is easily within the
scope of WTP but there are no plans to provide this (simply due to
resource/workload limitations). I'm reluctant to add more function into
plan until we can find volunteers who can offer the required love and care
for this ... and as you probably noticed WTP is already very feature rich.

Please open a bugzilla bug to log this enhancement request. If this bug
receives enough votes we can definitely reconsider putting it into our
plans. If you're interested in contributing this function to WTP you can
attach code submissions to the bugzilla bug
