Recently the COSMOS project moved to the proposal phase within Eclipse.
I'd like to begin a set of regular meetings where we can gather/expand
the community & shape the proposal leading to our next milestone -
creation review.
If you'd like to participate in the community meetings, let me know by
noon on Monday 10/16. I'd like to begin our meetings next week if
possible, if you have suggested times that work better than others
please include that.
A proposed meeting agenda:
* Work towards closure of project proposal (get issues with the current
proposal on the table along with any proposed alternatives/adjustments)
* Determine initial core multi company leadership team
* Discuss possible interdependencies with other projects (e.g TPTP)
* Establish near term schedule for plan closure and other initial
project work
* Make progress on a joint press release
