where and how to get RDB component for WST [message #139643]

Hi all,

Just read the RDB tutorial, wandering where and how to download and
install the RDB component (if it comes with the wst download by default, I
do not have the "Server Explorer Category" view as introduced in the
tutorial).

rdb views (explorer and data) are in data category
