It's a single sourced RCP/RAP application.

There's a case study that was put up on InfoQ awhile ago.

Sorry to say but there's no single-sourcing (yet) in CAS PIA.

Most things you see on the GUI are made with RAP and its theming
capabilties. However, there are some custom widgets (implemented in
Qooxdoo) as the calendar or the commandbar widget (above tables and
record detail forms).
