Once you have the plugins that you want in your workspace, go to Window ->
Preferences -> Plug-in Development -> Target Platform and click on the not
in workspace button. So, the runtime workbench will use the plugins in your
workbench.
Now, select the plugin.xml file for any of these plugins in your workspace,
right-click and select PDE Tools -> Update Classpath. Update the classpath
for all the plugins and that should trigger a rebuild. In M9 and later,
this last step is done for you automatically when you change anything in the
target platform.
