Ken,
WTP 0.7 does support Axis 1.2.1. In my installation of WTP 0.7 the labels for Axis
in the wizards read simply "Apache Axis", and Axis 1.2.1 is parked safe and sound
in eclipse/plugins/org.apache.axis_1.2.1. Does that plugin exist in your
installation?
