Hello all,

I have a question about this
chart:http://wiki.eclipse.org/images/7/7b/CompareGlobal.png. In the "diff
mode" part, should this part be illustrated as the subtraction of Version
1 and Version 2, other than the identical part existing on both of them?
For example see the following screenshot:

I don¡¯t know if I get the right concept about this algorithm.
