Hi Ying,

you should be able to install it using the EMFT update-site :

http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/updates/milestones /

You can also download the modeling Package for Galileo which includes this
version :
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/galileo/rc 1
