I was reading one of the EclipseCon presentation regarding OTE, but I
couldn't found any reference about how to install it or how to download
it. I was looking into OSEE and do not find the screens showed in the
presentation.

Could do you provide a pointer to OTE?

Sorry for the confusion. The OTE portion of OSEE has not yet been
committed. We hope to do this within the next few weeks.
