Java 6 now includes the GroupLayout that is used with Matisse under NetBeans
5.5.
I would like to know if Visual Editor will offer the possibility to use the
GroupLayout as Matisse does.

How will VE work if I install the Java 6 SDK ?

Hello,

I think Group Layout is not supported in VE. If you loves Group Layout,
you have two commercial options:
A. Instantiations WindowBuilder Pro
[http://www.instantiations.com/windowbuilderpro/default.htm] an
excellent (IMHO the best) visual editor supporting Group Layout
better than Matisse.
B. Genuitec MyEclipse haves a Matisse porting to Eclipse.

If you have money, WindowBuilder may be the best choice. MyEclipse is a
low cost product and offers other avantages out of visual editor.

P.S.: I'm not working for Instantiations nor Genuitec and I don't have a
WindowBuilder Pro license. I have a MyEclipse license.
